What is Physiovation?

Physiovation is an integrated physical therapy, strength training, and wellness center in Atlanta, GA. We bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term performance; helping clients move better, build strength, and live pain-free through personalized, evidence-based care.

Physiovation is ideal for active adults managing recurring pain, individuals recovering from injury, those transitioning out of traditional physical therapy, athletes seeking performance training, teens building foundational strength, and anyone focused on longevity and staying strong as they age.

Physiovation is located at 1189 Euclid Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307. We proudly serve the Atlanta community and surrounding regions.

Physiovation is neither a traditional clinic nor a big-box gym. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Their approach combines root-cause diagnostics, advanced gait analysis, neuromuscular reeducation, and a seamless path from rehab into structured strength training, all under one roof.

Physiovation offers three core service categories: Physical Therapy (including gait analysis, dry needling, neuromuscular reeducation, and BFR therapy), Strength & Conditioning (small group classes, personal training, and teen programs), and Wellness & Performance Services (VO2 Max testing, biological age assessment, compassion-focused therapy training, and breathwork).

Physiovation works with active adults managing chronic or recurring pain, post-PT clients who need a safe next step, athletes (recreational and competitive), teens developing athletic foundations, and adults who simply want to stay strong and independent as they age.

Physiovation treats foot and ankle pain, back and neck pain, knee, hip, and shoulder injuries, sports injuries, chronic movement limitations, and neuromuscular dysfunction. We address recurring pain patterns, not just acute symptoms.

Your first session includes a comprehensive evaluation of your pain history, movement patterns, and how your joints load and your nervous system coordinates stability. From there, an individualized treatment plan is built that evolves as you progress.

Traditional clinics are often volume-based; shorter sessions, rotating providers, standardized protocols. At Physiovation, every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy. Care integrates gait analysis, dry needling, Pilates-based neuromuscular work, and yoga-informed biomechanics; a multi-system approach rather than a single technique.

Yes; and beginners are especially encouraged to start with the Fundamentals Program (see below) before transitioning into group classes. Classes are intentionally small, with modifications available so every client trains safely at their own level.

Yes. Programming is scalable and built around proper mechanics. One-on-one personal training is also available for clients who want fully customized programming and direct coaching support.

The Fundamentals Program is a four-session, one-on-one coaching curriculum that every new strength training member completes before joining small group classes. It’s designed to build a safe, confident foundation before increasing training demands.

Anyone new to Physiovation’s strength programming, whether coming from physical therapy, returning from a long break, or simply new to structured strength training. It’s the standard starting point for all new strength members.

Gait analysis is a detailed biomechanical review of how you walk or run. If you take 7,000–10,000 steps per day, that’s 7,000–10,000 repetitions of the same movement. Even small inefficiencies at the foot, ankle, or hip compound over time and often manifest as knee, hip, or back pain. Correcting those patterns at the source can eliminate chronic issues others miss.

Yes. One-on-one personal training is available for clients who want fully individualized programming, direct coaching, and precise technique development. It’s particularly suited for those rebuilding after injury, improving sports performance, or refining movement mechanics.

Yes! Your first class is always free. Physiovation also offers a free 2-minute online assessment to help determine where you’d best fit within their programs. Contact us directly for information about consultations or offers.

Please bring any relevant medical records or imaging (such as X-rays or MRI reports), a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing you can move in.

Unlimited class packages are only for adult strength training memberships. Teens must purchase the teen strength & conditioning package.
