Atlanta's Wellness Center Built for the Way You Move
At Physiovation, we believe that real health doesn’t start and end with injury recovery; it’s a lifelong pursuit of moving better, feeling stronger, and living fully. Founded by Shayna Gross, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Physiovation was built on a simple but powerful idea: rehabilitation and strength training shouldn’t exist in separate worlds.
Our Approach: Where Performance Meets Prevention
Everything we do at Physiovation starts with function. Before a single exercise is programmed or a treatment plan is written, we take the time to understand you: your history, your goals, and the mechanics that are either holding you back or setting you up for long-term success. Our integrated model means the same team that helps you recover from injury is also the team guiding your strength development and wellness.
Our approach combines three pillars:
Physical Therapy
Evidence-based, one-on-one care focused on identifying the underlying cause of pain, injury, and movement inefficiency, not just treating symptoms.
Strength & Conditioning
Structured, intelligent programming rooted in movement science that builds real-world resilience, whether you’re new to training or a seasoned athlete.
Wellness & Recovery
Science-backed modalities including Pilates-based neuromuscular reeducation, VO₂ max testing, dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and more, designed to support healing and longevity from the inside out.
Our Philosophy: Train Smarter. Live Longer.
We believe exercise is the single most powerful tool we have for improving healthspan and quality of life, and that belief shapes every decision our team makes. At Physiovation, strength training is never random, and recovery is never optional. Every program is intentional, progressive, and built around where you are right now.
-
Root cause over symptom relief We dig deeper to understand why pain or limitation exists, not just how to make it stop temporarily.
-
Longevity is the goal Whether you're recovering from surgery, trying to prevent re-injury, or training for your next race, we keep your long-term health and independence at the center of everything.
-
Community matters Healing and growth happen faster when you're supported. Our small-group environment and tight-knit team are intentional; we want you to feel that.
-
Movement is for everyone From teens and weekend warriors to older adults focused on maintaining independence, we meet you where you are and build from there.
