Shayna Gross

Founder

Shayna Gross, DPT is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in gait analysis, Pilates-based movement, and neuromuscular reeducation. She blends evidence-based techniques with innovative methods to deliver personalized care that empowers her patients to achieve optimal movement and function.

Shayna earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Emory University and later completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stockton University. She holds a graduate-level certification in Pilates from Pineland Pilates, a 200-hour Pranakriya yoga teaching certification, and most recently, a Gait Happens certification, which deepened her expertise in biomechanical gait analysis.

Her professional journey began at Emory Orthopaedics, where she built a strong foundation in orthopedics. At Fox Rehab, she discovered a passion for one-on-one care in home health settings. These experiences inspired her to create a unique approach to physical therapy that integrates modern assessment tools with hands-on techniques tailored for adults of all activity levels.

Shayna’s process begins with detailed gait analysis to uncover inefficiencies and asymmetries in movement. She uses Pilates equipment to evaluate functional movement patterns in gravity-reduced environments, complemented by traditional physical therapy assessment tools. From there, she addresses both acute and chronic conditions, focusing on the intrinsic muscular system. Through neuromuscular reeducation, she helps patients develop stability and strength that seamlessly integrate into their daily activities or athletic pursuits.

Whether rehabilitating from an injury, enhancing performance, or improving everyday mobility, Shayna’s holistic and systematic approach fosters balanced, efficient movement for everyone—from weekend warriors to seasoned athletes.
